Dear Customer,
the navigation menu is based on Java- Script. If the menu on our homepage does not show up on your computer, it could be caused by the following reason:

- you are using Norton Internet Security or Norton Personal Firewall.

The reason may be the advertisement filter of Norton Internet security or Norton Personal Firewall. 

This problem can be solved as follows:
1. Start the Norton Internet Security or Personal Firewall and turn off the advertisement filter in the configuration menu.
2. Delete all temporary internet files.
- Internet Explorer: Extras – Internet options – Temporary Internet files – Delete files – Delete all offline files
3. Now restart your browser and go to www.ground-zero-audio.com. Eventually you have to press the “Refresh button”.

The navigation menu of our homepage should be shown now.

Eventually your personal firewall is blocking the Java scripts or Active-X control elements of our homepage. In this case, you need to change the setting in the configuration menu of your firewall.
