GROUND ZERO has been founded back in 1995 by Karl Felix Lautner distributing car audio products “Made in USA” and introduced the revolutionary subwoofers of GZ Engineering USA to the European market in 1997. The following years, the German Company took over the European trademark rights of “GROUND ZERO” and started developing market specific products. Finally, 2003 the GROUND ZERO GmbH took over all global trademarks from the discontinued US company and expanded the distribution to customers worldwide. Today, more than 400 sophisticated audio products developed and designed at the GROUND ZERO in-house engineering department are available in more than 82 countries globally.
